Shipping policy
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from date of purchase. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled or shipped on Monday.
Shipped orders will be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once packages have been shipped and picked up by shipping carriers, they are out of our hands. We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday.
